Remove Oregon Sheriff Tim Mueller from office the moment he refuses to enforce the law.

Oregon Sheriff Tim Mueller has gained national attention for his letter to Vice President Biden stating that he will not enforce any new gun laws passed by congress or executive order by the PotUS himself. His statement of intent shows he will violate the oath he swore when taking office to uphold the constitution and all laws. The SCOTUS has already ruled on the 2nd amendments a few times already, in 2007 DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA. v. HELLER pg 2 section 2. Also the Assault Rifle ban of the 1990’s was also found by the SCOTUS to be constitutional. This Sheriff and others who feel the same way do not understand that you can’t refuse to enforce a law because “they” feel it’s unconstitutional, that is for the courts to determine. His actions are nothing more than political posturing.
