Pants are fine, but really, they should be optional. It should be a freedom and never a social norm. I assure you, if I walked around without pants, I would be arrested.
Underwear should be required of course, but pants should be optional. The right not to wear pants should be had also in schools, business, religious institutions, government property and the US Virgin Islands. It's a matter of freedom, America, the Constitution, Eagles, and a future for our children.
Life is really so much more comfortable without pants.
