Remove the pay freeze for federal workers for lowest level workers since the upper echelon are not affected.

I am a correction officer for the federal bureau of prisons, president Obama impacted a pay freeze of federal workers. This was a cost of living increase though extremely modest was a necessity that was taken from us. Cost of living has rose dramatically yet our pay stays the same. Property taxes have risen, people expand families, it's hard to survive when the price of everything goes up, yet our pay stays the same. We're being punished in the name of paying down the debt. Our small decimal point raises don't even effect the debt and have not contributed to any lessening of it whatsoever.
