Many people know that PETA is responsible for defending people who are cruel to animals and shelters that don't properly take care of their animals, as well as being responsible for the death of feral as well as adoptable animals.
Yet even with all of the evidence against them, they are still legally a "humane society" and that title needs to be revoked and all of the money they earn going towards the safety and adoption of animals rather than the killing of them.
