REMOVE the petition from the We the People website to officially declare the Catholic Church a hate group.

We want to remove a petition that condemns the catholic church as a hate group because of its belief on homosexuality . The modern arguments in favor of homosexuality have thus been insufficient to overcome the evidence that homosexual behavior is against divine and natural law, as the Bible & the Church, as well as the wider circle of Jewish,Christian,Muslim writers, have always held. The church is not a hate group. The Catholic Church thus teaches: "Basing itself on sacred Scripture, which presents homosexual acts as acts of grave depravity, tradition has always declared that homosexual acts are intrinsically disordered.
