With federal and local laws in place stemming first from the War on Drugs and now the War on Terror, there is not a single right given to citizens in the Bill of Rights which cannot be removed at will by the government on a whim. Thus, this is no longer a free country and 'American Freedom' no longer exists except as a political catchphrase.
Thus, the phrase 'Land of the Free' no longer belongs in the national anthem of the United States of America and should be officially removed.
