Remove Police Officers from Black Lives Matter neighborhoods and allow Black Lives Matter and Black Panthers to patrol.

I Believe we should remove police officers from certain areas and allow the community and private patrols to take responsibility for the crimes and actions of the area. To long have I heard "I hate the cops" and "Bleep, the Police". I say it is time we give the Black Lives Matter group and Black Panthers group what they want. A place without police and a place the can patrol themselves. They need to take responsibility for their actions, lets give them what they want. Lets see how long the law/groups last in these areas. I want to see.
