Remove political party affiliations from all US voting ballots.

In an effort to encourage voter engagement and reduce blind voting based purely on party affiliations, those who support this petition would like to have party affiliations removed from all US voter ballots, federal, state or otherwise. This includes the removal of straight party line voting options as well, thus would encourage voters to educate themselves in candidates and issues and in turn result in a more fair electoral environment for both the major parties and their third party equivalents. Social division based purely on political party affiliations has gone on for too long and become a major hurtle for proper governance over the past years. This is an effort for all to return to an even playing field, with mutual respect for others involved in keeping our country great.
