The right to marry one or more people of any gender shall be granted to all legal citizens and eligible residents of the United States of America. None of the States shall have power to govern marriage. The right to marry one or more people of any gender shall be enforced by federal law and for any government, entity or individual to take action to bar this right, the same is a punishable federal offense. The United States of America shall remove from all governments in her jurisdiction the power to create or change laws regarding marriage. The gender and number of spouses in all marriages shall be controlled by the federal government of the United States of America and marriage of one or more spouses with any combination of genders will be the right of all citizens and legal residents
