2. President Obama starts war in Libya. Article 1 Section 8- Only congress can aprove to start a war.
3. Violation of his oath to protect the constitution. i.e. Obamacare
4. Under the National Defense Authorization Act. The President can detain U.S. citizens if he or she doubts the political agenda of the U.S. Government, indefenitly.
5. Abuse of executive order.
