Remove privelage of doing business in the United States all corporation and persons who have renounced theit citizenship

Corporations and individuals have increasingly been renouncing their citizenship to get a better tax deal in foreign countries. When these corporations and individuals became the billion and in some times trillion doller companies because of the american consumer and work force. To avoid their responsibility is criminal. We need legislation to remove their privelage of doing business in the United States revoked. Along with any poletition`s business licences who supports this practice also being revoked. Also U.S. corporations holding the 2.2 trillion dollers in overseas banks be given 30 days to repatiorate that money at the present tax rate. After 30 days it will be taxed at 80% and the Justice Department will go after it Just like terrorist money used to harm our country.
