Remove Racial and Ethnic Preferences in Federal Hiring.

Created by D.B. on October 14, 2011

Laws have been passed to improve the representation of certain ethnic groups in Federal employment, within merit system principles and consistent with the application of appropriate veterans' preference criteria, to achieve a diverse Federal workforce drawn from all segments of society. Unfortunately the current status favors only one cultural group. What was meant to bring fairness has in itself become racist to other groups, losing the intent and purpose of the bill making it unlawful and in need of rescinding.
