To remove redundant programs within the budget in an attempt to cut spending and create a bipartisan plan.
"Wasteful spending" in our budget has to be stopped. We should not fund a 2 million study on Sea Turtles and another 2 million to study the habitat of Sea Turtles. The two should receive one grant for 2 million and work together.
This is only one example of a redundant program that could be cut. There are thousands more. Billions are sent overseas to help rebuild nations that wage war against us. Instead of going after these, they will go after the American sick, their poor and their children.
Please let them know there are other ways to balance a budget.
