Remove regulation regarding state driving privileges to be suspend if a person has a suspended license in another state.

Created by M.E. on November 17, 2012

As of 2010, a national registry was created that placed persons with suspended licenses on it and regulated that all Department of Motor Vehicles deny an applicant for a drivers license "If that person had a suspended license in any other state was applying for a license in a different state".

This is a right reserved to the state, and the federal government has not rights to regulate state privileges.

By signing this petition I am agreeing that I see this as an encroachment of federal powers into state powers and I demand an immediate removal of this regulation and I do not recognize any federal powers over state privileges.

I also, do not recognize a citizen held "Federal Drivers License" therefore I do not recognizing any laws Federally governing the rights to drive.
