Remove religion from the U.S. government.

I have created this petition to remove religion from the U.S. Government. Specifically the references to god in the U.S. Pledge of allegiance and on the back of our legal tender. Church and state are to be separated. Yet we reference the Christian god Yahweh or "god" as referred to in the modern day. This is obviously a violation yet it is ignored. This appalling allowance of favoratism and promotion of a religion must be stopped if America is to remain a free country that allows freedom of religion and speech ( Deuteronomy 13 and 17 call for the murder of non-believers who try to convert people). Because if we allow any religion to take hold of our country and indoctrinate Americans through government means, and pursecute other religions; We will surely fall as the many nations before us.
