Remove Rep Serrano, Jose E. [D-NY-15] and try with Treason. Rep. Serrano and others alike have take an Oath of Office to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States. This does not mean adding amendments to remove another amendment. "H.J.Res.15 - Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to repeal the twenty-second article of amendment, thereby removing the limitation on the number of terms an individual may serve as President." This proposal along with Sen. Feinstein's Gun Control proposal is unconstitutional and both shall be tried for Treason to the United States of America.
