Remove Representative Michael Grimm from Congress due to his extremely violent threats to civilian.

Created by M.M. on January 30, 2014

On 28Jan14, a journalist respectfully asked Rep Grimm a question. Mr. Grimm responded with threats ("you’re not man enough"), and threatened to “break” the reporter in half and throw him off a balcony in the peoples' House office rotunda.

As per the Senate.gov website," Article I, Sec5, Cl2, of the Constitution, a Member of Congress may be removed from office ... by an “expulsion” from ... the House of Rep's.... While there are no specific grounds for an expulsion expressed in the Constitution, expulsion actions in both the House and the Senate have generally concerned cases ...(among other examples) which involved abuse of official position...."

We the people do not allow our public servants to abuse power & threaten civilians with torture or death. Remove him to prevent further abuse.
