remove Republican Bobby Franklin of Georgia from office.

Rep. Bobby Franklin of Georgia should be removed from office. Last year Mr. Franklin proposed making rape and domestic violence "victims" into "accusers." Now, Mr. Franklin is pushing a bill that would make miscarriages and abortions punishable by death.
Miscarriages are the NATURAL death of a embryo or fetus in the early weeks of pregnancy (normally before the 20th week). While abortion is a completely different act from a miscarriage; miscarriages are out of a women's control and most times can be cause by outside factors.
This is unacceptable to threaten the lives of women for something outside of their control.
This man is using his position in office to attempt and force his views on the citizens of Georgia and exhausting the resources of the Georgia legislation.
