remove the restriction of the people to sue gun manufacturers for injury sustained by use of a personal weapon.

The people have had rights taken away by the National Rifle Association rescinding our right to receive financial remuneration from injuries sustained by eliminating the right to sue gun manufacturers. We believe that is a right that should be reenacted to give people that justice and to give people some source of solace when a loved one has been injured or killed by the use of a gun in the hands of a mentally ill person or at the hands of an owner of a weapon. Lawsuits have always been the right of the people to obtain financial compensation for injuries sustained by use of a product, and we demand this be given back to us!
