Remove the restrictions and fees on suppressors.

Created by M.R. on December 30, 2012

Suppressors allow the discharge of firearms to occur with less noise and concurrent damage to hearing.
Suppressor use would allow the discharge of firearms with minimal impact on hearing or bothering livestock or neighbors.
Currently there is $200.00 tax on the buying of a suppressor and the BATF and local sheriff must approve of the purchase. In some areas and states the use of a suppressor is unlawful or restricted. This is bad for people exposed to the noise of firearms and livestock.
Suppressors help preserve the hearing of users and bystanders and the peace and quite of our open space.
The government currently mandates noise limits on automobiles, aircraft and other mechanical devices. Applying a fee to a device that reduces noise and has health benefits is stupid
