Regulation D imposes a highly restrictive limit on the number of transfers from sub-accounts (Savings to Checking, Checking to Vacation Club, etc) that can be performed per month. This will also impact transfers between accounts making on-line only banks much more difficult to use. Let's untie our hands, let us manage our assets in our own way.
