The Obama administration talks about unemployment, yet the government restricts who can apply for Government jobs (usajobs.gov). Most of the positions restrict who can apply. As an example; An applicant finds a position in the government but is unable to apply because they do not fall into any of these categories: Current, Permanent Federal Employees; Veterans Employment Opportunity Act Eligibles; Interagency Career Transition Assistance Program (ICTAP) Eligibles. The applicant is fully qualified yet is disqualified. Everyone should be able to apply.
