I am creating this petition to have John eakins rights to bear arms removed he held me at gunpoint gainst my will claiming that I assaulted him with a knife and slashed his leg he is a veteran of the Navy and claims to have fought in Vietnam yet he stomps on the rights of the people of America heeven stated on the news that having a concealed weapons permit gives him the right to pull his gun whenever he wants to he was not provoked violently or threatened in any way and yet pulled his weapon threatened to kill me multiple times even on the phone with police dispatch and all he got was a night in jail there's video evidence that I in no way assaulted or threatened him I am NOT doing this for attention or out of sympathy but to protect our rights as americans
