Currently Sallie Mae has been given sole source management for all student loans. Ever since the removal of privatization of student loans there has been an increase in mismanagement as well as regime style of negative customer service that offers zero customer care. Credit histories have been negatively affected across the United States and students are being pushed back years in terms of building a stable and acceptable credit based quality of life. The handling of education, across the board, has been a severe discredit to new and returning college attendees. Either wipe the student loan slate clean and start fresh or bring back competitive educational loans to provide a competitive environment which will essentially restore a higher level of customer service.
