This petition is to remove the classification of SBR's and SBS's from the National Firearms Act, 1934. Please sign this petition to have these two types of firearms removed from the NFA.
SBR's and SBS's are ideal firearms for home defense and personal protection. This petition is not stating to remove fully automatic machine guns from the NFA.
The Second Amendment of the United States Constitution reads: "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
