Remove the Schedule 1 classification for Marijuana. It does not fit the definition of a Schedule 1 drug.

Created by B.S. on August 09, 2015

The definition of a schedule 1 drug according to the DEA is: "Schedule I drugs, substances, or chemicals are defined as drugs with no currently accepted medical use and a high potential for abuse. Schedule I drugs are the most dangerous drugs of all the drug schedules with potentially severe psychological or physical dependence. "

We have proof now that there are multiple medical uses for marijuana and it is less dangerous than alcohol.
