Remove Secret Service agents from all embassys in Washington, D.C. to save money.

Currently the United States provides Secret Service protection to all embassies in Washington. We need to take those agents out of the embassies and let the embassy provide its own security like we do in foreign countries.
If we are saving $70K by removing the agents on the Whitehouse tours, imagine what we could save by removing our agents from foreign embassies.
These funds could go towards other areas that are being cut by the sequester. Why doesn't the sequester apply to the payroll of Congress. If they were not being paid they would do someting.
