Due to clearly inept management the Affordable Care Act website and enrollment policy has failed miserably. The Secretary should either resign or be removed from her post immediately. Today's news fixes will not be done by the end of November add additional fuel to a growing sense the her department is mismanaged and her leadership not effective.
