Remove Section 735 from HR 933. Section 735 removes the judicial review process, which is a vital check on any federal agency decision that may negatively impact human health, the environment or the livelihood of farmers. This would immediately allow industry to continue to sell biotech seeds, even though a court may have found them to have been wrongfully approved.
