Remove this section of Regulation D §204.2(d)(2) limiting the number of monthly banking electronic transactions.

Created by S.B. on August 27, 2013

Regulation §204.2(d)(2) was created in 1980 limiting the number of transactions that can occur electronically from a savings account. If was reformed in 2009 to allow a total of six (6) transactions to occur electronically from each savings account or money market. After you reach your six (6) an individual is still allowed to make transactions in person, at the ATM or by mail. This petition is to allow society, in the electronic age we are in, the full use and potential of online banking.
