Senator Ted Cruz should not be paid to read Doctor Seuss and express opinions of fast food in a 21 hour rant (not even a filibuster) that ultimately wasted the valuable time of government officials who could have otherwise been coming up with alternatives or revisions to Obama-care rather than just waiting for him to finish expressing his ill informed and provincial opinion.
