Remove Senator Ted Cruz from the US Senate for treasonous behavior and intent to shut down the government a second time.

The petition is to ask the Obama administration to enforce Article I, Section 5, Clause 2 of the US Constitution to remove Ted Cruz from his position as senator elect of Texas. As it is Mr Cruz displayed massive irresponsibility in the first government shut down which may have cost the country almost 24 Billion dollars in revenue and is now threatening in various media interviews to shut down the government a second time as a negotiation tactic to abolish Obamacare. This amounts to treason and intentionally destructive behavior and should not be encouraged. Mr Cruz claims Obamacare is a threat to the United States, we believe he is a bigger threat and needs to be removed before any more damage can be done.
