Remove Shoot to Kill,and retrain every police officer to restrain without deadly force unless absolutely necessary

We the people,should not have to feel unsafe while involved in a traffic stop. We are not safe to dig into our pockets and glove boxes and purses to retrieve our license and registration. Officers should be using their tasers or other forms of non-lethal "take downs". We have to redevelop a trust between the police and the public. This has to start NOW. We need to come together as a whole and have a better respect for human life immediately
