SBRs (Short barreled rifles) do not belong on the NFA's list of restricted firearms/ firearm types. The fact that the barrel is shorter, only translates to a lower bullet velocity. And that only translates to it being more difficult to shoot accurately at range. Especially at moving targets. Having something LESS effective at doing what something, much more easily obtainable, can do better, be so highly regulated is not logical. Removing it would result in law abiding citizens being able to purchase an SBR without having to file an expensive tax stamp that some people who'd like an SBR can not afford.
