Remove Social Security reciepts and Payments from the general budget. They are not entitlement programs and are financed

Created by R.L. on January 10, 2013

Social Security in it's conception was separate from the Budget and once again should be removed from it. It is not now or has ever been an entitlement program. It is a funded program paid for by the contributions of those bound to collect it.

If anything it should be a part of the congress retirement fund, that way as long as congress draws a saliry so do the Social Security recipients. The only thing that should be tied to the program, are retirement and disability programs.

It should be a separate and audit-able item. Clear and transparent to the public.

Congress should be made a part of the program, and their raises should be on their performance and the health of the program.
