We may have averted the fiscal cliff and increased income taxes, but we didn't dodge a tax hike on Social Security. The US economy is hurting! You do not stimulate it by removing 2% from Americans paychecks. Unless the desire is to walk into a double-dip recession, the tax holiday should be reinstated.
