This petition is to ask for removal of Sovereign Immunity from an Agency that profits from having more children in Foster care. Department Of Children's Services can testify in Juvenile court. Bearing false statements and tampering with evidence. If they are caught, they have the protection of Sovereign Immunity. They cannot be charged with perjury.
