remove the Speaker of the House, John Boehner from office due to dereliction of duty and ethical violations.

Please address the ability of one man to effectively stop the will of the American people by simply not doing his job and not voting on issues including E.U.C.
How can one man, and not even the president himself, set the policy and decide how and when the government will work? When votes can be cast? If we allow no vote then there can be no unfavorable outcome correct?
In addition, please tell us, the tax paying public, why and how can he smoke and drink while working in public buildings and taxpayer owned offices? We can not do that at our own court houses!
Please look into all possible legal courses of action that can remove this man from office and begin to heal our country. God bless America. Remove Boehner from office.
