State Representative Cathrynn Brown (R) New Mexico recently presented an outrageous bill. She wants to force rape victims to have babies of rape. If a woman aborts the baby the woman would receive a 3 year sentence for the offense.
Representative C. Brown says the babies should be used as evidence of rape therefore the victim should be held guilty of tampering with evidence in a rape case if they get an abortion which would be a felony offense. This bill will further victimize an already traumatize rape victim. Therefore making a victim of rape become a criminal for being raped in the United States of America.
