Remove the state of Washington from the union until they change their state flag to something presentable.

Take a gander at all U.S. state flags. Now look at Washington's. Washington's flag is a disgrace to flags. It is lazy, horrid to look at, and most of all, a mark on the good name of George Washington. We demand that Washington be temporarily ejected from the union until such a time as it appears that even a little bit of effort was put into the design of their flag. Once the state government of Washington has produced a design that shows a shred of decency, they will be accepted back into the union.
