Whereas the aforementioned contigious states (and the Whiners in Wyoming) lack The Cojones (and legal precedent) to actually secede from this Great Union we the undersigned would like to petition this administration to facilitate their departure by having congress vote to exclude them from The Union (their only legal option). Their departure from The Union will include the clause that all federal lands and associated oil reserves staying in control of the United States as well as oil reserves off the gulf coast. All federal interstates and military installations will stay in the The Unions possession. Air space and waterways will remain free to travel.
Let Texas become the great benefactor to these other states & their anti-science public education system.
