Most states currently have legislation in place with a statute of limitations for Rape, in some places as low as 5 years, leading Rapists to be able to actively gloat and admit to the crime, knowing they cannot be punished by the law. Removing all statutes of limitations will ensure prosecution for these disgusting human beings, no matter when the crime was committed.
