Remove suppressors (silencers) from the NFA registry.

Created by C.O. on January 08, 2015

Remove suppressors from the NFA registry and eliminate the accompanying $200 tax stamp purchase and the 10-12 month wait. Suppressors are useful for protecting the hearing of shooters and reducing recoil for those sensitive to it. Suppressors do not make a firearms silent. They simply reduce the noises to safe levels. Suppressors being an NFA item is a pointless waste of taxpayer money having the ATF have to spend time with all of the paperwork associated with one purchasing a suppressor when instead they could be doing other more important things.
