remove the tax deductible status of donations being given to the Creation Museum or the related Ark Encounter exhibit.

Created by S.Y. on March 01, 2014

It is fraudulent for the Creation Museum to be allowed to solicit donations for building, improving, or running their Museum, Ark Encounter Exhibit or other related theme park styled exhibits. The Ark Encounter exhibit has raised millions of tax deductible dollars for the construction of a 73 million dollar Ark which it plans on charging patrons fees in which to visit in a theme park style. The Creation Museum and its affiliated businesses make obscene profits in which the owners gain from. This is not a charity, but instead a hugely profitable entertainment park that hides behind the guise of religion in which to obtain supporters and make profit without paying taxes on those profits. They are charging $500 for a donated beam and offer life long passes for sale at over $100 a mo.
