Remove Tax Exempt Status From Churches and Religious Organizations

Created by C.H. on March 06, 2013

For too long churches and other religious organizations have received tax exempt status. However, the more these religious organizations shape public policy, it is only fair they pay their fair share.

This is to include, but not limited to:

Christian churches (which include, but not limited to Catholic, Baptist, Luteran, Methodist, Pentecostal, and Protestant)

The Mormon churches (Including LDS and FLDS)

Mosques

Synagogues

Sikh Temples

This should also include any other religious organization that uses a public platform to reach the masses and shape public policy. i.e the 700 Club
