Remove tax-exemption status from religious organizations/corporations. They're beliefs do not justify my tax dollars.

Created by D.N. on December 14, 2011

Since the founding of this country a organization known as the church of any given deity have been tax-exempt and living off the backs of tax payers everywhere. The exemption of a church means that my tax dollars are supporting them every time they need a road built to lead up to their church. If a cathedral were to be set on fire who would be sent? Those sent are paid with my tax dollars and that should also go for the corporation that is the church. There is roughly $102 billion in property alone owned by the church in The United States of America and all of it is tax exempt. Enough is enough, if they want to be apart of this nation then let them pay the same dues as nearly every other person that lives here.
