Some taxpayer-funded law enforcement agencies have caught on to the fact that if they want power, all they have to do is become a corporation. These agencies are trying to do this to exempt themselves from Open Information and the FOIA.
If these agencies want to subvert the law by claiming to be corporations, then they should not be receiving funding from taxpayers.
