Texas and other states have either petitioned for secession or considered such a petition. They should be forcibly removed from the United States, and forced to pay back any federal monies received since being granted statehood, plus a pro-rated charge for military protection, and charges for infrastructure such as roads, highways, utilities, health care, etc. retroactively dated to the date of their being admitted to the Union.
