Dan Patrick not only violated his oath to support and defend by posting support for an Isis attack on a Gay club in Florida but also used the scriptures as a form of hate speech against a group of American citizens. We feel this is enough of a violation to his sworn duties that the Justice Department should have ground to charge him with inciting and support hate against a protected class of American citizens.
