Remove Texas District Judge Jean Boyd from the bench for biased based towards the wealthy.
16 year old Ethan Couch was sentenced to 10 years probation for killing four pedestrians and severely injuring 7 passengers in his Ford F-350 truck. One of the passengers is paralyzed and can only communicate by blinking.
Couch's attorneys argued his wealthy parents coddled him into a sense of irresponsibility - an affliction one witness called "affluenza.".
Nearly a decade before giving a 16-year-old boy probation for a drunken crash that killed four people, the same Texas judge sentenced a teen in a similar case to 20 years.
